From what i can remember i have never been banned for "ban dodging" as you put it, the mods always knew my accounts. Being perma banned was for those accounts not for the actual user. Mods have even asked me to create other accounts before.

Hmmm... I use the Zenphoto gallery for uploading pictures for a client of mine.. and there is an ability to add watermark (a png-24 image) automaticly.. so it can be done.. but I'm a designer not a programmer..

go to your profile page, and then look under where it would say "add friend" and "Message"

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
