Ok what is with you people trying to dismis this game as a button masher. You cannaot beat the games with one button pressed, if you say you can you are a liar. First off certain enemies don't take damage unless you attack the head which requires you jump in order to reach it. Also many times enemies shoot projectiles which you can then block or DEFLECT back at them. You can dash out the way of enemy attacks as well (in KH1 is was dodge roll, betterin my opinion). You also have to know how to utilize Sora's special skills like Sonic Blade, Glide, That rushing sword move you get from Cloud. You also have different button presses for magic to defeat hearless that are not effected by attacks. So button masher and Kingdom Hearts do not belong in the same sentence. You people obviously never gave the KH games a real try

You can say you dont like the story, but it is lighthearted like a disney flick.

KH is overrated. I do love KH2 and it's a pretty nice idea. The first game is just bad. Terrible controls, cameras, the battle system wasn't that good. I didn't like the story. KH2 is pretty awesome. Loved everything about this game, except for the story. Fixed the problems the first one had.

yeah i dont know whats so special about kindom hearts there are better rpgs out there, i pretty much found it mediocre

Of course not. You have to press triangle too for the trigger commands. Doesn't Sora jumps by himself if an enemy is flying or something? He locks on to the target, and by pressing the attack button, he jumps and attacks. All in one button. Also, I've never encountered a heartless or nobody that wasn't affected by attacks. Tell me where I can find them.

I don't get why the hate for KH1? Not much hate for KH2 so I'll leave it at that, but KH1? The story was amazing, the graphics really great for its time, and why the hate for the camera and controls?! The camera wasn't bothersome AT ALL to me. Never. I thought KH had a good camera but then people came and said "LOL the camera is crappy!" and that was the first time I've seen that something like that. And the controls? What's bad about the controls? The controls are so simple. The dualshock isn't the best controller ever (I thought the GC controller was the best controller last gen...), but it played so well!

Overall, this is a thread by a MS fanboy that wants to bash the game.

The first Kindom Hearts was a little overrated, but I loved Kindom Hearts 2.
