| Liar said: I know i might ge attacked for this but whatever. i see lots of people treating kingdom hears III as the second coming of jesus. whats so great about it? the first one was mediocre at best. lame story. bad character development, bad battle system annoying controls. nothing stood out. the only thing was the final fantasy characters and disney characters coming together. that is all. the second one improved in most of the annoyances but it still had a terrible story with badly done character development. art style and combat was good but it still isnt better than most jrpgs out there. tales of vesperia is better. story battle characters are miles better than kingdom hearts. |
You have impressed me. I never thought that one post could contain such AN EPIC AMOUNT OF FAIL!
Seeing as you do not understand Kingdom Hearts, I will simply explain it to you.
Kingdom Hearts has a very innovative fighting system for an action RPG. You probably did not know that was indeed what you were playing. Action RPGs relinquish turn base combat for a more hands on approach. KH's fighting system is about allocating your skills and abilities before battles, Equiping weapons, Setting the Magic Macros to your liking for easier usage, timing when to attack, block, dodge attacks. This is done with very simple taps of a few buttons that even the most retarded of players can figure it out.
Kingdom Hearts Story is a very light hearted, but thought provoking one, just like all the stories told in Disney flicks. It is a Disney game after all. The story is unique and flavor full. It pretty much starts out with the main characters Sora, Riku, and Kairi playing on their island. Riku has long wished to travel the world and get away from the island which he feels is a prison. He convinces his best friends to aid in his escape so they devise a plan to make boat. They do make it but they never get the chance too. You see the story takes a much darker turn about thedepth of a man's heart. How desire, greed, jealousy can sometimes overwhelm a person having them lose themselves entirely. This is exactly what happens to Riku. He and Sora both like Kairi, but they are best friends. He was jealous of him. When Riku came across a chance to be free from Destiny island he took it.
The game also emphasizes a couple of other things that brings the mythology of the "heart" and the "key" together. The keyblade is the key to all doors, all hearts. It is a play on words really as the KEY is simply knowing one's self. Hence the reason Sora and certain other's can use the keyblade. Sora's story is to uncover the true nature of a man's heart. Through his journey he stumbles apon the man who seemingly has completely figured out the matter of the heart, who goes by the name of ANSEM.
I cannot go into full detail withough disclosing vital info about the story but the whole thing gets very epic in a Disney tale kind of way. By the end of the game you will be crying alongside _____ because you know their pain.
and TOV aint got shizznit on KH. KH was a PS2 game and is is equal if not better looking then that game. The visual style of KH is unrivaled and me and Soriku should Wonder Twin your Ass for even suggesting such a thing....
