Forums - Gaming - Kingdom hearts is overrated

Guys, seriously, dont feed the troll.

I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

This space Reserved for the Nuggets of Wisdom dropped by Bladeforce:

"Why post something like this when all it will get is PS3 owners blinded to reality replying? BOTH THE PS3 AND BLUE-RAY WILL NOT LAST 3 YEARS! TECHNOLOGY CHANGED TOO FAST!"

"is it Wii FIt that has sold as many as PS3's sold? Thats a LOL Look at the total sales of software is it just me that sees Nintendo titles hitting 10m+ and you say they arent making a difference? Another LOL!"

"Hell, with all the negative hype Sony spin, people just aren't interested cost is too high and to get the true HD experience (1080p, 7.1 surround) you will need a $1000+ system. THAT IS GOING TO DO IT IN A RECESSION! PS4 will not happen"

well.to be honest KH1 wasn't too good with battles..but I enjoyed the levels and the exploring, and the magic

KH2 killed the magic..and summons and everything..it wanted to be a hack and slash with the X buttona nd the drive meter....not too bad

battles improved..BUT levels became dull (no exploring) just plain fighting...

KHCoM was great..battles were already fixed to me and it felt unique
also..level design wasn't special..but alot of boss battles were puzzles..so that was fine

I loved KHCoM, then KH1 and lastly KHII...sorry people..

KH2 was too much button mashing..and it decided to forget the character development of characters like Roxas and the Org...wich WERE adressed in CoM..and now in 358/2 days..

so yeah..KH2 was weird...they fixed most big problems..but the game lost the Zelda-esque feeling the 1st one had: exploration and puzzles(easy but still..)

KH2 did, ofcourse continue the story..so that kept me going XDD but..if we look at it this way..KHCoM gets a 9.5 from me KH1 gets a 9.0 from me and KH2 an 8.75....so..it's really not that bad ^_^''

I don't remember the first two. Tell me which part and what world it was on. Agree with the Ice Titan and Sephiroth. You can't defeat them by button mashing. For the Ice Titan, you have to deflect them back to knock him down. Sephiroth was pretty difficult. He does lots of crazy shit, and he'll cast that spell which lowers your HP down to 1. But the thing is that those two are completely optional. Are the truffles those mushroom guys from part 1? All you have to do is smack them and they leave. Of course if you want some items, then cast the spells on them.

Kurt Ziza was a hidden boss in Agrabah. If you ask me he is the hardest , even more so then Sephiroth and he was no joke.  There are also the Fat bodies whom if you try attack them from the front they deflect your attacks. They only way to kill them is with magic or attacking them from behind. There was also that clown thing from wonderland which requires that you jump up on the tables and or chairs to reach his elbows and head. You also have to jump up to get good aim at the mages and stuff as well.

You see there is no way Kingdom Hearts can be lumped with a game like Dynasty Warriors as a button masher. There is too much that requires precision and skill. KH 2 had even more epic battles because there was so much more to use. Reaction commands, limit breaks, fusions, magic. I mean come on, the nobodies were very unique and required extra thought in order to defeat. Just think about the Samarias and or Dancers. The Samarais have the Dual function where you can mind fuck them while the Dancers you must constantly evade because if they catch you it is GAME OVER!

The games gameplay is un heard off, name one action RPG that can top it's gameplay?

Don't think I saying this to you though, just venting. :)

personally i've played better rpg's but it wasn't bad at all and yes a nice idea to include FF characters to help it's popularity ww

It seems that it's almost cartain KH3 won't be on the Wii after reading this, if it gets released on the PS3 I'll be happy though...

Now I know who you mean. They're both optional though, but I do agree those guys are difficult. You can't go around button mashing around them. Had a hard time with both. Anyways, I'll help you out: the little mermaid level. There is no way you can button mash in that level. In the first one, you have to swim up or down to where the enemy is. In the second part, it's a mini-game type.

Kingdom Hearts had some great voice actors, it had not only David Boranaexe6sadcve from Angel and Mandy Moore and many more but Billy Zane as well.

And Lance Bass was Sephiroth...Lance Bass!!!

What other game has that many 'semi'-credible actors in it. KH2 had just as good with Christopher Lee.

Hmm, pie.

get ready everyone, you're going to start seeing a lot more threads like this in the future. It's pre empitive damage control for the inevitable announcement of KH3 on the Wii.

You are starting to become really annoying you don't even have prove to sustain your claims atlest the others try by saying disney likes nintendo but in your case you are completley sure without any evidence or prove.

I only speak the truth. Which apparently hurts.
