I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I read that. 

But it probably is true... just as the Bungie founders are all very wealthy due to the MS buyout.  If MS knows how to do anything, it has to be throwing money at a problem.  Then again, when you have a software company making billions in profit every year, the money will get thrown around.

Gears 3 on PS3 or 4 is a good idea I think.
I believe PS3 owners should play this game - they will love it.

It is a win/win situation I think. But who knows if GoW3 will be released on the Xbox360. I think this might come out for the next generation, Xbox3

same happen to FF13

and look. multiplatform.

- FF series was connected with Sony and Nintendo

- Sony never owned any FF IP

Yeah because it's better to be an ass and play 1 game and not let the other kids have a go, rather then having two brilliant games to play. Nice.

Gears 1 was on the PC, I know Gears 2 won't come to PC for quite some time if at all, but it's still possible, which means it's still possible for Gears 3 to also go multiplatform...I don't see why it's so unbelievable...

hmmmm. looks like this thread has grown.

well it could be a possibility that gears 3 could be on ps3 also, i mean why wouldnt it?

were talking easily about 2010 when any possible gears 3 is released. and by then the install base of ps3 wont be ignored.

will ps3 users buy into gears,,,,,,,,,,,, well i would say yes its a good ip and a good game, although gears 1 at its time was mindblowing but right now looking back it was overated.

after completing on casual, and redoing the 1st blind-bat enemy on hard to get an achievment there was nothing to go back to, it was actually boring playing through again, and the online was lame and laggy.

i prefr a more hectic shooter style game like cod4 or resistance



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

2010?  That's a bit too late hehe.  I'd guess late '09.

And "multiplatform" means more than one platform, that includes PC.  Maybe the thread should have said "PS3" if that's what we meant.
