lol what.

The price cut will have absolutly no real effect in Japan you can easily predict that. Infinite Undiscover will pus console but not as many consoles as Tales of vesperia Pushed. the extra GB doesn't matter it's not gonna change anything.

I'd be surprised if it reached 20k.

yes, but you must think at the shortage... microsoft strategy is special... they don't send x360 in japan before 9/11... so...

Really depends if consumer demand is still there from ToV.
