I'm tired of them. I think that I'm absolutely right that these anti-360 and anti-Wii threads are a direct result of the larger influx of Sony fans on the forums lately.

That said, I don't begrudge haters.

Those kind of of topics have awful graphics and are just for little kids buy a who is tired of their ps3 topic its better

I think the main issue is that so many feel they have to declare it to the forums. I mean, really, what is the point? It's not like the Wii is on the same level as a cigarette addiction. If you actually quit, you actually quit. Only somebody looking to incite hateful responses would actually post to a forum about it. Particularly when they also go to great lengths to include as many anti-Wii sentiments as possible in the process.

Call it flamebaiting, call it viral marketing, call it whatever you will, it's unnecessary. All it does is spawn a lot of hateful responses, repeated arguments, and other such nonsense. I made a call to put a stop to it already, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Well, I am a poster who often gets blamed for telling the truth.

However, there are some posters on this forum that are really, really horribly biased.

I can't tell the truth about them. I'd get banned.

Because if I did, the truth would be so shocking and vile, that somebody who didn't already know that truth, simply wouldn't believe it. They would consider it flames and slander.

If I were to tell you about what you are, it would be considered flames and slander. However, it would be the absolute truth.

So, sometimes, we shouldn't tell the truth. In certain situations. We especially shouldn't tell the truth in a hostile manner.

While your brand of Jerry Springer "truth hurts don't it?" gutterspeak is always good for a laugh, sometimes I think it's best for everyone if we just state our opinions and don't try to act like they're a fact, or tell anyone who has a different opinion that they're lying to themselves, and not to cry because the truth hurts.

That's just childish and mean, and IRL, you would be ashamed to say that sort of stuff to my face.

It's amazing how many people misunderstood what grampy said. fanboys will see what they want to see I suppose.

On another note, do we all even care if someone else is bored with their system? I really don't care if some random person online is bored with his wii, but maybe I'm in the minority. I'd rather have different kinds of threads, not relating to some individual person's opinions on how great/boring/horrible he thinks something is.

Same applies to female users of course, I just didn't feel like typing out "he/she" every time.

I'm so tired of my Wii not ironing my clothes and cooking my dinner that I think I'll just toss it out the window. /sarcasm.

I do wonder why certain fanboys of other consoles decided to show up (just to be irritants I guess).

And one reason it is hard to find Wii games used is that people tend not to trade them in. Even ones some people don't like are liked by others -- so those that are quality titles tend to sell quickly.

At my local Gamestop -- only Z:TP had to have the extras stored in the backroom. Meanwhile, there were four times that number of already traded in GTA IV games.
