It was pretty obvious that this 'rumor' was about a credible as the FF7 remake rumors that have persisted since 2001.

First of all, people have been 'predicting' KH3 at major shows all year.

Second, I knew it was made up when they said PS3. We all know KH3 is coming to the Wii, and even if it wasn't, with the way SE is acting it would be a 360 exclusive before a PS3 exclusive.

 Cuz that's totally more correct, yes?  Disney has plenty of movies up on Live.  So by your logic it's 360-exclusive, right?

Halo 3, sold 8 million, also exclusive. MGS4 sold more then MGS3 so it shows the game can sell of it's own accord and is viable as an exclusive. Devil May Cry 4 sold less then 3 did and it is multiplat. Just because a game is "accessable" to a wider audience, doesnt mean the audience is actually there. This is why Exclusivity is still usable in the gaming world.

People just dont want to admit that Exclusive's matter because Sony would always have the upper hand. MS simply is trying to kill Exclusivity with there moneyhatting.

OT: so yea exclusive to PS3 is still a pretty good idea.

OPM isn't known for their rumors being true... so whatever if it happens I'd be really surprised.

@forevercloud: If DMC4 sold less than DMC3, and it's multiplat, just imagine how terribly it would have sold if it was an exclusive PS3 title.

I bet no company will take risks when developing a third party HD title by making it exclusive anymore. The only exclusives I can see are the ones that have been in development before 2008, where there was nothing proven. Even FFXIII was set for a multiplat release because they saw that going PS3 only would not be enough. Just imagine what KH3 on the PS3 alone could mean. Makes no sense. Exclusively for the Wii is the only viable way. Either that or multiplatform HD.

But one has to take into consideration that the company producing this game is no other but SE, so I'm inclined to believe this game will go to the HD consoles.

DMC4 sold better on PS3 than 360...so if it was exclusive....PS360 owners who decided to buy it on the 360 probably would have bought the game on the PS3

Gamers like Soriku will buy a PS3 just alone for KHIII if it was exclusive

@AnarchyWest: I don't think so. Many would have not cared since it wasn't in their consoles. And that shows that there are many PS2 owners that have jumped to either the Wii or 360.

I hate to admit it, but I also think KH3 is going to go to Wii, I hope I'm wrong though.

why were games such as Resident Evil 0 and Remake GC exclusive last gen if PS2 had 70%+ market share ?

same with KOTOR and KOTOR 2 on Xbox?
