The ps360 teams rate games much easier than the wii team.

Well the games running on the same PS2 engine as the first 2 on wii, they can't give it too much credit when its got PS2 graphics. You know EA was still a little lazy, and you 2010 woods will have motion plus, and hopefully ground up wii graphics. Nevertheless, it sounds like it has great features, and would probably be a good buy for golf players. We'll see how its score compares to other versions.



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

Just because they review wii games doesn't mean there not gamers. If you followed IGN you'd know the nintendo team plays all kinds of games, and obviously grew up as gamers. Plus I really don't think there's been that many mind blowing golf games in the history of gaming, so its not that big of a statement.

 



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

I'll try renting it to see how it is, never played any of the Tiger Woods games before... I'd wait till next years version for purchase though because with WiiMotionPlus compatibility on top of the existing improvements to this years' version you'd have pretty much the perfect golf game.

I thought it was well known that IGN's PS3 ad 360 teams are far more forgiving of game flaws than their Nintendo team is.

I bet they're leaving space for 2010's Motion Plus version.

And they commented in the Nintendo Voice Chat how they play the other versions and in their opinions it tops other golf games, they have all the consoles, they play a lot of games, they just review sports games rather low cause they know how it's typically just a repackage of last year with very few upgrades and they're a bit jaded with the genre.
