it may be understocked in plymouth, but claiming that it's understocked in the whole of the UK is just plain incorrect.

Plymouth is now classed as a major city. As over last 5 years it past that population milestone. It isnt just Plymnouth, it's also on the national teletext news.

selnor is making excuses for low X360 console sales. Look selnor, more people want PS3 in Europe.

Wow at Wii/DS.

PS3 looking like it can still grow in Others.

360 okay but given price point,etc. advantage over PS3 its got to be a bad sign that pretty much every week people prefer to buy a more expensive console with a smaller games library and an embryonic new video format instead.

It's hard to argue that price is the issue for the 360 anymore (it still is for PS3 to an extent although this varies by region).



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Good lord! I haven't been watching UK sales for a while... In fact, I will just go have a look, not sure how close PS2 is to 10 million, DS might get there first?

 

 The PS2 has 110k to go, and at current trends, it will take around 18 weeks. The DS has just under 3 million to go, and usually sells just above 50k, so, at current trends it should take 50-60 weeks. Of course, the PS2 is slowly, but surely declining, and Christmas is coming which will see a huge boost in the DSs favour.

Also, DS soon to become the best selling system in France?

The 80Gb is selling a lot of units ,thats something you perceive in the shops.I have 2 friends(personal ,not internet friends ) who bought the machine last week ,when I only knew 2 owning the machine in the year and a half prior ...

Ds like always crazy numbers, if the numbers can be this high at this time wonder what they will be during the holidays,
Wii really good.
Ps3 a boost by 80 gig.
360 is doing ok.

Selnor you are really going to have to provide links to show that the 360 is low on stock. There were plenty of 60GB 360 at PC World in Brighton two days ago. You can also get the 60GB at http://www.gameplay.com
