The DLC is rumored to have 15 hours of gameplay. I didn't really like GTA4 and thought it was overrated and sold it a long time ago. If you like the gameplay then keep it, if not then sell it. The price of a used game might go up when the dlc comes out because a lot of people might buy a used copy to play the dlc. You could always rent the game if you want to play the dlc though. I say sell it and if the dlc is good just rent the game or if you're cheap find a friend who got the dlc and play at their house.

Sell it. You can get a decent buck for it now, later on it might be worth nothing anymore.

I'd say keep it and see what the DLC is all about (at least the first DLC pack later this year). I'm sure that's one reason you picked up the 360 version instead of the PS3 version, right? Just wait and see. It's not like the value of the game is going to tank if you wait (a la sports games every year, when the new version is about to come out).

I still have a whole lot to do in GTA4 that I still need to get around to doing.

keep it, as crackdowns dlc proved, dlc can be very good.

sell it (or sell everything) and get a PS3 and MGS4. GTA IV is a complete disappointment and totally overrated.
