Preping uncharted 2 for MONSTER sales

I don't particularly care about the increased HDD, but I'm happy to see that Uncharted will get some more sales from this, which it definitely deserves.

bundling uncharted is a great move imo. alot of new ps3 owners might not of heard/ wanted to get this game but since its bundled they get a chance to play it. and hopefully they love, well they should its really awesome game. with that said this sets up uncharted 2...yes i said it, with uncharted bundled more people will get to play it and in THEORY will increase uncharted 2 sales holiday 09 :]

No BC. It's the same hardware as the new 80 GB and old 40 GB, just with different hard drive and included goodies.

Dammit, this bundle was near perfection!

Well, this just officially confirm that Sony is going to release a different SKU every year. Last November they released the 40GB now this. Good for Sony it will sell out during the Holiday Season. Adding Uncharted is a good idea. Sony is selling a PS3 with their best game, why not? It's old...So what if you don't own the system this is a great deal. If you already own it shouldn't matter.

Agreed. Uncharted is an excellent game that most who pick up this bundle will really enjoy. The bundle will probably sell around 500,000 units or more this holiday so it will expose Uncharted to a large number of people who wouldn't have gotten this game b/c like others have said it is old. And stuff like Resistance 2 and LBP are going to see regardless of the bundle. The same could've been said of MGS, but a lot of people bought a PS3 specifically for that game so a bundle makes sense.
