Forums - Nintendo - Some evidence that Disaster: Day of Crisis is coming pretty soon

http://www.classification.gov.au/special.html?n=46&p=156&sProducer=nintendo&sMediaGames=1&sDateFromM=1&sDateFromY=1970&sDateToM=12&sDateToY=2009&record=229404

Information stolen shamelessly off NeoGAF. Yesterday the Australian government gave Disaster: Day of Crisis a rating, which to me implies that it's still coming soon. And since the rating is from Australia, it's probably coming VERY soon to the rest of the world (sorry Aussies!).

Mind you, this also contradicts Reggie's comment about there not being any more retail console Wii releases this year, UNLESS he's a huge fan of hair-splitting and sophistry...

I really wish Nintendo would tell us something about this game. Something like if its going to come out and what kind of game it is.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

This is turning out to be a very good week for Wii.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Wonder if this will have multiplayer of any kind?

Anyway, maybe this was the big game for the holidays Reggie was talking about, and later on they decided they didn't want him talking about it at E3?

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

Really? I better get a can of compressed air to dust off my wii.

It's rated M? Maybe that's only in Australia, because from what I've seen, I don't see Dissaster: DoC being an 'M' game. On the other hand, we know almost nothing about this game, so it could be mature.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.

Interesting...

I'd be surprised if it's released this year but very pleasantly so.

M? Hmmm.. that's a surprise.. some on the site aren't old enough to buy the game! lol

Absolutley fantastic new. Australian Games are usually classified 4 months before they are released so that would mean the game is released there in December.

M...I thought it was gonna be M the whole time. I mean you have some corrupt government, natural disasters, and of course violence and the occasional cursing when that happens...right?

Keep in mind that Australia has a rating system that is very different from our own: any game that's not suitable for anyone under fifteen years of age is automatically rated "M", which is the highest their system goes. So the gunplay alone is probably enough to put it over the edge down there.
