I think that because the gap is narrowing and the 60 gig 360 is comming to euope in two weeks i think.

If the 360 didn't win during the week of its EU price cut, a new SKU definitely won't do it.

Its a risky bet, but it definitly is possible though maybe not in two weeks.
I noticed a lot of positive reactions in different forums (NeoGaf, IGN) about people in Europa now being pursued into buying a 360, or even replacing their old models. You can see in recent weeks PS3 is slowly dropping, while 360 is slowly rising. Id say the 60GB introducting will definitly make the difference smaller, but not neccesarily put the 360 ahead of PS3. And if it would, the difference would be very small.

The new 80GB PS3 comes out on the 22nd of August. The 60GB 260 is coming out on the 15th of August. The only reason the 360 might outsell the PS3 is because of PS3 shortages.

Well the PS3 was higher then.... in fact it was about then that it sold on par (slightly above) Wii for one week... what happened then?

If the new 360 model is coming out in 2 weeks then perhaps it will.... but isn't something happening with PS3 too soon? another price shuffle.... or is that later on.

toastboy44562... man, thats a tough bet... i dont see it at the moment, but maybe, after japan sales come in i might change my mind... since this is others and not just europe .... the non-japan asian sales may really help the 360 not to mention the 60 sku
