No problems. Still works, just wish start up was faster.

remotes will occasionally refuse to sync... only waiting fixes it. has anyone else had this problem?

February, froze once, rebooted, no issue.

Mine is a launch system that sees very heavy use, at least 6 hours a day. The only major problem I've had is Wavebirds being choppy with gamecube games. It might have something to do with a wireless router being directly above the Wii, I'm not sure. I'd say it works just as well as any other Nintendo system from the past, which is essentially perfectly and (so far) forever.

Really? We had a few games of smash bros and only had 3 wavebird controllers, didn't notice anything off. Well, but that it's another source to drain batteries and you gotta use the Wiimote to enter the game.

I do have a problem, the disc drive has been getting steadily louder for a couple of months and I believe the system is defective. I intend to call Nintendo about it but have been distracted and (since the system still works) have not seen the need to do anything about it yet. 

Both myself and my bro bought one on launch day. 2 Wii's. None broken.

 Yes a minor hassle but nothing serious.  I've had it happen twice but that's it.  Nothing I ever really got worried about.

On my wii now. 5 peeps with a Wii including myself and zero issues.

I've had mine since early february, no problems.
