Had my Wii since launch, no problems with it.
Same goes for my two apartmentmates. And ex-girlfriend.

I have had mine since xmas and have had no problems except my SSX Blur freezing up once which seems like a common problem.
As stated previously, my launch wii crapped out after running hot in standby, then my replacement last week started exibiting the same behavior.
I'm awaiting a label from nintendo to get this one fixed.
Witty signature here...
Wii: 14 million by January I sold myself short
360: 13 million by January I sold microsoft short, but not as bad as Nintendo.
PS3: 6 million by January. If it approaches 8 mil i'll eat crow Mnn Crow is yummy.
With these results, I've determined that I suck at long term predictions, and will not long term predict anything ever again. Thus spaketh Crono.
My wiimotes have been slurping my batteries dry at an alarming pace recently. Just leaving the batteries in the remote for the night seems to kill them, and no I'm not leaving the nunchuks attached or anything.
Probably just my "surprisingly cheap" rechargable batteries turning out to be junk after all. =/
Hi I have Wii since launch and I had the black screen a few times. recently I found a great tech support site that help me solve my problems. Here is the page for Wii Problems & Solutions
