Soulcaliber as far as this list goes. Super Smash Bros. out of all fighters.

Dead Or Alive.
As a series it is better than the rest. The rest are all filled with crap amidst the few good versions, DoA is good across the board.
Street fighter, Soul Calibur, tekken then DOA in that order. I don't care much about the rest.
