I decided to get a Gamecube (could get it cheap, so why the hell not?), and I know that the system is not blessed with RPG's. Now I know of Skies of Arcadia, but what others would you recommend? thanks dudes!
Also, I don't have enough reasons to get a Wii yet, so don't ask why wouldn't I just get a Wii. lol.

Paper Mario TYD - generic gameplay, but brilliant dialogue
Fire Emblem PoR - not as good as the sequel, but a solid SRPG
