all PS3s have a serial-code, which is always sent aswell when you logn-in with an account ... if they ban the serial you won't be able to log-in with any account you have (which is why you can download anything you bought as many times as you want with your PS3, but only with 5 different PS3s)


ignorance isn't a good excuse for spreading false information mister sieanr

what I heard was,that stages you upload for public use won't be public instantly, but only achive public availability after trusted users/mods/people fom mm rated your creation and deemed it appropriate

This isn't without precedent. When the Spore Creature Creator was released, the porn monsters quickly became some of the most popular.

And yet Sony hasn't banned anyone through this method, and there is a good chance that they never will. Even if they do it would be trivial for someone with a little know how to get around it.

But feel free to call me ignorant again.
