for me anyway, not having much to look forward to for wii this year simply means i can have more time to play spore for pc this year when i finally get my grubby fat hands on it next month.

Seems a solid enough lineup for me personally.

for wii the rest of this year i'm looking forward to animal crossing, de blop, star wars the force unleashed and clone wars, shaun white snowboarding, guitar hero/rock band (one or the other), warioland shake, sam and max, and samba de amigo.

unfortunately, the only title above that i'm truly hyped for is samba de amigo.

despite not having my 360 plugged in for over a year now, my most anticipated games are fable 2, too human (with caution), banjo kazooie, and (as an aside) the 360/netflix deal.

edit: and spore.  how could i forget spore.

So far, I've gotten SSBB this year, and it was great but not amazing, got boring kind of quickly. (8.9 maybe) I also haven't gotten a single DS game this year, but I did find one that looks good...Kirby Superstar DS. I liked Kirby Squeak Squad but never got past this quite hard boss about 60% through the game...and I heard Kirby Superstar is very good.

Anyway, it's probably a good thing for me that there are no games coming out, so I can finish all of my games I have. *cough still haven't beaten Okami cough* *cough haven't even touched SoTC yet cough* *cough still at the very beginning of Super Metroid cough*

So maybe I'll be getting a few Wii games, we'll see.

Only game i'm getting is GH:WT just because I already have the Wii guitar. No 3rd party games interest me enough to buy. The ones that do i'd rather just get on 360.

I haven't played CT before but it sounds interesting.

For the love of god at least Consider Tales of Symphonia, De Blob, Little King's Story, or Deadly Creatures. Just from your post history it sounds like you haven't heard about impressions - Animal Crossing hasn't been well received so far, and Wii Music sounds as if it is one of the worst products Nintendo has ever made. No matter the Genre, except sim racing I guess, there is something worth getting.


Not to mention that those games All represent Genres that Haven't gotten much Wii love, and strong sales could spur further development.
