Why is net income higher than operating income? Isn't it usually the other way around? Or did they sell a division for some good cash?

The RE5 sales will definitely exceed their expectations. Okami numbers should be fixed now, but I wish they stated their expectations for it. Dead Rising:CTYD seems a little high right now, but I think the legs will be alright and should be experiencing healthy boosts around Christmas.

Their second best selling game sold more then 2 million copies less and it wasnt even a brand new title , just an updated re-release ^_^

Yes, but it was released Q1 (although, as Okami was as well and we only now got data for it, I can only assume that there was nothing notable in its sales).

From their FY 2007/Q4 07 report, they had sold 2.32M as of March 31st.  I would imagine nothing notable has changed since then.

EDIT: Except, of course, that I completely messed up Okami's release date, and it actually was in Q1 08
