isn't this game developed on PS3 and ported to 360?it's only natural that it would look better on PS3.
360 version looks to be the more solid version for me at this point, but both look to be solid.

You don't know that for sure. In fact, that site is leaning 360 version at this point, as I understand it.
What is for sure is the PS3 version doesn't support rumble, trophies, or custom sountracks.
The non-apparent differences, like the lower resolution on the PS3 version, quicker loading times, arguably better directional pad, don't matter in the face of those facts do they?
There is no superior version of SCIV.
However there is one that lacks certain...features . Your choice.

In that image, it is univerally undisputed that the 360 has better background and floor textures, while admittedly the PS3 characters seem to "pop" off the screen more. Though, the 360's capture might be flawed, as was noted.
