You should buy it...the campaigns are hard and when you do finish them you can download some of the 300+ user created levels on BlastWorksDepot.com. Right to your Wii once you register - no friend codes. Its pretty sweet. Besides the levels, you can download user created ships, enemies, etc too. Obviously you can upload stuff as well.

The game does not look appealing in the slightest. Maybe that's due to my preferences, or the worst marketing/box art ever. I suppose it would be a good buy for 20 bucks, since I've seen people ignore this and buy some rather crappy games that are more expensive.
Meh I just got that game 2 weeks ago for 40. Oh well.
Fun game. I'd recommend it. Great for breaking up extensive play of larger games.

Isn't this also a wiiware title for less? What's the differences between the CD and wii ware version?

No, you're thinking of some other Shoot-'em-up. Although as Mr.Y posted, it's based on Tumiki Fighters, which is free online. The differences are that the campaigns are separate and, more importantly, there's a powerful level editor, so you can do whatever you want. You can also download other people's levels for free via wi-fi.
Last time I checked, Zack & Wiki was there for $18 as well.
