Say what you will about Playstation 3 but the name is actually genius. Its built upon a console legacy and you immediately Know what it is upon heaing the name. Wii is just a dumb name im sorry it is. 360 isn't that stupid because the logic behind the name is that they didn't want to put Xbobx 2 up against PS3 cuz it would seem outdated. Also a box is a square or rectangle whose anlge measure is equal to 360 degrees though we commonly relate 360 to a circle.

For those saying that "Revolution" would have been a better name than "Wii". Revolution can't be trademarked. Try doing a Google search of it. Wii is much easier to remember.

360 isnt a square or a rectangle... its a box and a box doesnt equal to 360 degrees

Yes and that is why the Wii is the most briljant name ever.. no connection to the past> a whole new experience for people.. not the same stuff they were used to with the xbox or playstation..

And now for something completely different: the Wii.. What's a Wii? don't know... lets find out.. lets buy it...
