Why are all the other games being ignored:

14) wipeout
15) heavenly rain

21) Singstar

Its true, at the moment they are focussing on FPS, but it's not as if there is nothing else on offer. Jrps and RPGs take up a lifetime. U can pick one up and play it for months on end. With shooters, you play them and they are over in a few hours, after that its the online gaming that keeps you going. The point here is, More shooters are needed because they have a shorter life span then a rpg.

Either way, there is plenty of variety games on offer. Let's not make a big deal out of it.

Seriously, there are other games coming out besides shooters. Ever heard of LittleBigPlanet? If you dont want a shooter, dont buy any of them.

Don't get me wrong. I think Phil Harrison did a great job in diversifying 1st party games of playstation consoles. He enjoy playing "LocoRoco 2" is one example. But Look at the 1st party games Sony presented at E3, I believe most of them were initiated before Phil Harrison left SCEI early this year.

Where are the JRPG for PS3? I am not the only PS3 owner feeling JRPG is left out since the launch of PS3. I feel like Sony is training (or forcing) the PS3 owners (who still has patience) to embrace western games. And you really don't think if Sony has invested more money in Japan, we might have some JRPG to play on PS3 now?

Think there is already plenty shooters games cant they make new ones.

Didn't London Studios recently stop production on Eight Days and The Getaway?

For a nother generic shooter? Like th opening poster, enough is enough. One of the many reasons I bought a PS3 is because it's not a 360 and so more range of game will come out for it. So far, there seems to be a lot of shooters, I don't like FPS, I haven't even finished Resistance and it was a game I got with the dang console.

But luckily, this is at the moment and there are many other game to come to entice me FPS non-liking self.

I'd prefer The Getaway to another shooter, with or without online. I don't care about online either.

Yup and thats why the PS3 sucks. Its like the Xbox 1, but with less game i want to play.

If it was an JRPG machine like its predecessors i'd have more respect for it.

What is even worse is that the PS3 controller doesn't come close to being the FPS gamepad the 360 controller is. I can't stand playing FPS games using the DS3, the analogs being right next to each other just sucks for FPS. 360 or bust for my console FPS games.

the only thing ps3 its need now its lots of JRPGS, big budget and good quality ones.
and i mean released, because we have a few announced but they won't come til 2012 :(
