Awesome pics! Already got my pre-order in for this one. For some reason the pre-order was $10 instead of the normal $5 for games at my local EB Games here in Indiana (US). The manager said it's because not enough of the pre-ordered Mario Party's were picked up in the first 3 days. So they want the initial investment to be larger to get asses in the store quicker. Sounds good to me. I would pay half down and half when it comes out. What's the difference?

I don't like the thin waist either...

I mean, even if it's snug against her, that's incredibly thin, and probably doesn't protect her much then...it just doesn't make sense...if she bends at all she'll snap in two!

It looks absolutely awesome.

No - it looks like METROID again.

These dark atmosphere is what I missed in Prime 2. Now it seems to be back.

And look at Samus new Suit... nice...

I have to agree with you guys on her waist. I mean I know the cat is out of the bag that Samus is a woman, but that doesn't mean they have to give her one nanometer thick waist armor.

Well, Halo looks rather dissapointing I think (at least in terms of graphics) while Prime 3 seems to be much better than part 2.

sure it is no Halo Killer, but with the new control sheme it is doubtfull that any game comes closer.

It really depends on the controls: IF they are much better than any Gamepad controls this game is a Halo rival. Not in form of sales of course (but I think it could sell 3 million units as it is on a good-selling console) but it could end up beeing the "Halo" of the Wii.

What they would need though is:

1) (online) Multiplayer (and I don´t believe they skipped that part when they had half a year of extra developement time)

2) The best controls of any console shooter ever made.
