Market saturation. The damn thing is still 350$ two years and a half after its launch. That's a single 50$ drop in 30 months.

 PS3 is a better deal for gaming then the 360?? Really? The 360 has a more diversed, larger, and higher rated games library then the PS3 and its cheaper.. so how is the PS3 a better "gaming" deal?

Yes, the PS3 has better games announced.. because Sony's announced EVERY SINGLE game coming out within the NEXT 2 YEARS!! Unlike Nintendo or MS who at least try to concetrate on games that are coming out within the next couple months.

360 is still giving PS3 a hardcore spanking in games quality and quantity...all this talk of "ps3 is better deal because it has bluray wireless" is just conselation talk for ps3 only owners who can't play 70% of the AAA games this generation.

Its been on the market for longer and it doesn't have bluray, ofcourse its going to sell worse than a similarly powered, similarly priced gaming machine that has a bluray player... If we look at gamer-only purchases im sure 360 is still beating ps3 as every 360 is bought to play games with while im sure quite a few ps3's are bought becuase its a bluray player.

Its not selling poorly. This time last year it sold 67,000 consoles WW (is that correct?) Lol. It's just that the other consoles are doing much better.

Killzone 2 was announced 2005...it comes out 2009. thats 1,2,3...4 years...

And Ps3 is not better gaming value for money...only if you need bluray, browser, SD card reader, fax machine, toaster over... If you can get those things somewhere else like 90% of the population and you don't care about bluray...ps3 is obsolete.

Yeah I know - Its easy not to spend money on the PS3 because the games library is kinda weak compared to the competition.

what 70% AAA are you talking about, metacritic lists 2 360 AAA games in gears and bioshock.

bioshock is on ps3 so really 360 only has 1 AAA exclusive over ps3 in gears.

and with LBP , Motorstorm 2, Resistance 2 amounst others

both lists will kinda look similar in exclusive AAA titles numbers wise at the end of 2008.
