Someone told me that @ E3, they announced that the original Banjo Kazooie will be available at XBL. I would think this would be hard to do because Banjo Kazooie was published by Nintendo, but i also understand that this would be a good opportunity for those that never played the series to get an idea from it. Is this true and do you think they will put up Banjo Tooie too?

Yes. It's coming to XBL. Rare still has a good working relationship with Nintendo (they still do DS games), and they worked something out with Nintendo.

There's no solid release date for it yet. I can guarantee it won't be out until at least October, as MS is releasing the friggin' floodgates in August with XBLA games (Castle Crashers, Braid, Geometry Wars 2, Galga Legions, and a few others).

If that's the case then there will be a favor returned haha.  Companies don't do that for nothing.  Either Nintendo is getting a piece of the profit(the most likely) or Rare is returning the favor with a game or a project for their VC. 

Anyways it's cool that its coming over but I have my N64 hooked up right next to my 360 with that game in the slot haha so don't know if I'll download it.

It seems like it may be a bit different than the original since it has a sub title. Wasn't the original just Banjo Kazooie?
