I could've sworn it was gonna be 4-Player co-op for the campaign. Maybe I confused it with another game.

Nah Cliffy B said at the MS conference that its going to be only 2 player sadly. I didn't really like the 4 player COOP on Halo since it was way too easy even with Leg/skulls but I was hoping to try it out on Gears. O well there's always Horde mode!
