Indeed...hmmmm....You make a really good point. I have a feeling the 360 is going from over 50 games only on it in 2008 to nothing in 2009. That's totally plausible.

And I do doubt that Microsoft will be able to keep up with the Ps3 exclusives next year. They couldn't this year, and paid for it, but next year it will be painfully obvious. Opinion. My opinion is, that they have easily kept up with the PS3 this year

And would someone mind explaining why Forza 3 is gonna be able to compete with the eye popping graphics of Gran Turismo 5? Do you know the difference between 2009 and 2010 ?

I expect Fuzion Frenzy 3 will be exlcusive in 09, but I do not believe it has been announced yet.

sigh... Bioshock 2, Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction are coming to PC, so they're not X360 exclusives.

APB is PC exclusive.... atleast for now.

Yeah there is exclusives but what are you gonna buy?
Sure there is over thousand Ps2 games but only about 200-300 sells over 1m

Just for those, who don`t understand the meaning of word EXCLUSIVE.

Hint: exclusive interview, exclusive photos, exclusive screenshots and etc. it`s mean, that something is available only in one place.

Now, PC/x360 are not x360 exclusives, they are MULTIPLATFORM games, that just NOT coming to PS3 or Wii, or PS2, or anything else.
If game is available on more then 1 platform, it`s NOT exclusive anymore.

2009.04.30 - PS3 will OUTSELL x360 atleast by the middle of 2010. Japan+Europe > NA.


Gran Turismo 3 - 1,06 mln. in 3 weeks with around 4 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.

Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.

 

1.8 mln. PS3 today(2008.01.17) in Japan. Now(2009.04.30) 3.16 mln. PS3 were sold in Japan.
PS3 will reach 4 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 25k.

PS3 may reach 5 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 50k.
PS2 2001 vs PS3 2008 sales numbers =) + New games released in Japan by 2009 that passed 100k so far

you make sense but pc/360 games are exclusive in my mind as you can't play them on the ps3.

 

360/pc= microsoft platform. what do you expect from a computer software company?

although crazzy still doesnt understand the word exclusive eventhough i corrected him in the other thread.... he is correct about its use here(for those that feel the PC is a real platform).   the games were stated only as a 360 exclusive.   when they are pc/360(or microsoft, if you wish) exclusives.
