Most scariest?

I dunno, the Cerberus crashing through the window in RE scared the fun-yuns out of me.

And the Mail Runner from Twilight Princess... those shorts... *shudders*

Still, I'd have to go with RE4, from Dr. Salvador to Oven Man, and everything in between... good (and scary) times.
