I've played the original Prince of Persia. It was awesome and that gameplay style inspired a lot of my favorite games, like Out of This World, Flashback, Blackthorne, and later Oddworld: Abe's Oddyssey. But... SIMCITY AND THE SIMS. I don't even remember the PoP guy's name, and I'm not gonna click back to page 1 to find out. Who the hell thinks he's one of the top most important developers? I'm serious. Would a single VGC member list him in their top 10?

What's funniest is how little the author knows about Jordan Mechner. Mechner was only involved with Prince of Perisa through the original until Sands of Time. The Warrior Within, The Two Thrones and the new Prince of Persia have no input from him whatsoever.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

i liked the list, maybe it isn't complete but it is informative if you don't know everybody behind the games. This list is just an opinion from just somebody. Make a poll about the same subject on this site and then create a definitive top 10/15/20 or whatever.

I liked the fact that Nobuo is #1 but that should also tell everyone over here that that list is not to be taken too serious...

Nobuo equals Ennio anyone?
