i agree its better for this type of game to go multiplat but i doubt it ever will. im sure we will see some more gaiden on ps3

with the obvious higher res/ smoother frames and bone crunching audio

Nah! let xbox have it, Tekken & Virtua Fighter is waaayyyy better IMO, I would love to see PS3 gets Ninja Gaiden 2 Stigma. That would be sweet!

don't worry, Ninja Gaiden 2:Upsilon will be out on the PS4 with revamped textures and fulltime raytracing.

the game isn't doing well. very unlikely it will even become a million seller in its life time.

too bad, I would've bought the game if it were also on PS3, it would also help with Japanese numbers.

Why should it go multiplatform? The Wii demographic won't purchase it and the PS3 owners didn't even purchase half of what NG2 got on the 360 with the first NG.

 Show me proof that Team Ninja left Tecmo. I know for sure that Itagaki left and is suing the pants off of Tecmo. Team Ninja will continue to make DOA and Ninja Gaiden games without him. Tecmo owns the rights to the series and Team Ninja is a subsidiary of theirs.
