Oh, and the radio calls need to be voice acted this time, but more importantly they need to come from your Wiimote speaker, a la No More Heroes. This is not a suggestion, it is a necessity!

Sounds very promising. Nice to see Capcom putting some effort on their Wii games (let's forget Resident Evil 0). Spyborgs, Dead Rising... very nice, siiir, very nice. =D

 Capcom has always been leaning towards 360. It was also a 2006 release meaning that the PS3 wasn't having a good year at all, Gaming companies always aim for the better console for better sales.
