 Capcom has always been leaning towards 360. It was also a 2006 release meaning that the PS3 wasn't having a good year at all, Gaming companies always aim for the better console for better sales.

Also, developers don't aim for the "better" console, they aim for the console that can make them the most money, and that has to do with the install base.
