SONY breaking the 100million units sold mark with PS2 and PS1
time took to break the 100 million mark:
PS1= 9 years and 6 months
PS2= 5 years and 9 months
The sister of Delita´s death, Nanami´s death, Aeris´death, Dekar´s comeback, Viktor and Flik´s last stand, and their comeback, Garr joingly you suddenly in battle in Breath of Fire III, are some of the most memorable scenes I could quickly think of. But the greatest? I must think a little longer for that.

May it be this? It's so awesome that it's split in two
I love everything about this ending, the words they say, the music, the pace, the actions you do, everything is perfect to make this the best ending and the best moment in gaming
Other excellent moments are FF Tactics ending, what happens in Star Ocean 3 in Moonbase, the end of Chronopolis in Chrono Cross, the City of the Ancients in FF7, and some more i'm forgetting

Lord Hood:Isolate that signal.
Hood: Chief, you mind telling me what are you're doing on that ship?
MC: Sir. Finishing this fight.
Mine was in KoToR when playing the darkside convincing the Romeo Family clone to kill each other.
That was absolutely classic and beats out that games twist only because I actually made that happen it wasn't just part of the game.
