Maybe the blu ray release of Advent Children or a sequel to Dirge of Cerberus. The 'secret' ending did leave some possibilities for a continuation.

As much as I love FFVII, and I really, really love it, it still will be a remake, it can no way tip the announcement of FFXIII going to the 360. And it seems likely Versus will go to the 360 too. No reason for SE to not put Versus on the 360 too.

The FFVII remake is right up there with the Newton and Nintendo curing cancer with the wiimote.

Well, they recently did a prequel to the series so tell me, how far fetched would a sequel to make it a trilogy really sound............I'll leave you all with that thought.

They already had two sequels (three if you count the mobile game?) Dirge and Advent Children. Not that that makes another sequel less likely.
