I was up until 6 am watching Twin Peaks (up until episode 18 booyah) and missed all this E3 stuff.

Should I watch the Microsoft press conference or any other press conferences or keynotes or whatever?

Or do I only need to know about FF13 getting stolen and that Nintendo claims to have a super magic attachment for the remote?

And did anybody see the cover of the New Yorker?

I guess I watched too much Twin Peaks, because I had crazy nightmares and visions all night and once I completely understood everything I woke up in another dimension where Obama was a Muslim and his wife wears a gun at all times and Microsoft is eating Sony alive.

Yes, that's all you need to know for the moment. And I recommend "The Straight Story" to forget about the Twin Peaks nightmares.

Well Microsoft is going to allow you to DL your retail games into the hardrives, and it's optional of course. Also you can stream movies on your Netflix account through your 360 now, which is my favorite announcement. Lips is going to let you do the karaoke through your mp3 player, which is a nice feature. You're In The Movies looks like it'll be a rentals worth of fun and nothing more. Geometry Wars 2 got announced and that's a day one for me.

Overall though...yeah, you can boil it down to FF XIII is going multiplatform. It crashed half the gaming sites on the internet. I could only find IGN still up and running 5 minutes after the announcement happened.
