There`s a chance of this being true, because of the Orange Box, but I`m suspicious as to why EA would be showing off the Xbox 360 version when it`s being made by Valve. I wonder if they did the same thing with the OB...

well i have orange box and i find nothing wrong with it, all games play cool out of the box. but i know what you mean they should have tidied it up a bit more, surely they will on this port. thats if there is going to be a port.

I m not really intrested in this game but good for ps3 owners who,,,,beside you guys forget that EA has gotten much better in PS3 programing.

 No ,a friend lend the game to me some 3-4 weeks ago and the game kicks ass.I havent seen too much framerate problems but in given moments and its a small dip in any case.And it has better AA that the 360 version,and a quicksave feature that is quite useful.Even the mags that put the game down compared to the PC and 360 version gave the game on PS3 a 8 o 8.5.A great game on the PS3 too.

 

As for Left 4 Dead ,it would be cool if it was ported to the PS3.I am not waiting for it but the more games the better.Considering its EA I think sooner or later it will arrive.

All i can say is YES i want to shoot me some zombies on my obesely priced Game Console, where more than likely i'll get a worse copy, in lower resolutions and far more glitchier. I Can't Wait

Loading times were quite long (around 10-20 seconds) and it suffers from some horrendous framerate drops, though they are rare. It's definitely not unplayable though.

 

and that one patch fixed some issues.

Still EA's devs are getting even better with the PS3, due to more time spent, so a port of HL2:Ep3 plus whatever else is packaged with it shouldnt be half as bad.

Strange, you appear all full of optimism yet there is no grounds for optimism?

If you judge the future based on past results then all fingers point to...."crap port served late". Or has EA really bucked its trend in this area?

The big question is will it be done by EA UK again, because we know the valve do not really care for the PS3 system, so it wont get the same level of polish as the others
