PixelJunk Monsters is a blast, is cheap and probably the best value you will get for your dollar.

Echochrome is quite the unique experience and can get very challenging.

Uncharted and Heavenly Sword make for excellent rentals (perhaps even purchases if you are a big fan of the genres).

And the big one, for me at least, Disgaea next month.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock or Rockband if ya don't have it on Wii or 360 yet and you want to rock out with ya c*ck out. Great game to play with friends too.

Yeah I like DMC, but I'm just gonna get DMC4 on PC.  It will have extra content, better graphics, and be $10 cheaper.  Generally I prefer to get my multiplats on PC.

I'm getting lots of great recommendations guys.  Keep em coming and thanks for the help so far!

I thought that the 20GB was pulled form the market ages ago.

 

Edit: I see it was bought on eBay.

It was.  The one I bought is a refurb, so it should be in great condition.  It also comes with a 90 day warranty, which isn't great, but better than nothing.

IF I get a PS3...which doesn't seem likely at the moment :P But yeah, Folklore looks cool. It's really the only PS3 game out right now that would interest me :3

I would recommend motorstorm, but motorstorm 2 is better in every single way and it supports up to 4 player offline(split screen)whereas motorstorm does not have split screen.

so I would wait for motorstorm 2 in november.(beside racing in a tropical island with lots of HD vegetation and waterfalls is better than racing in mud)
