BTW, did you see the wax statue of the leader lost its head on day one in Berlin? Guy who did it is out of work. He did not even have to pay a fine. That would be a fun Wii game: Decapitate the wax dummy. He could have a franchise. I don't see how it would be much fun on the PS3 or Xbox.

Sony doesn't deliver their games - they're delayed all the time. Their prices are also too high.

Microsoft has a console that kills itself.

Nintendo doesn't have enough Wiis ready.

Customer service wise: Nintendo was very helpfull and freindly

Nintendo doesn't manufacture the Wii itself, Foxconn does.  They also manufacture the PS3 and Xbox360.

With this in mind, Foxconn can only assemble as many Wii units as they have parts available to them.  Analog Devices (Wii-mote accelerometer), SMTElectronics (nun-chuck accelerometer), Broadcom (Wi-Fi chip), MoSys (1t-SRAM), etc...are all producing their components as fast as their production facilities can handle and Foxconn itself has Wii lines running 24/7/365.   Nintendo Wii supply is at the mercy of their vendors...as are all electronics companies.

Their failure to provide more product at retail than any console maker in history is not only not their fault but a very pitiful excuse to suggest they treat their consumer base poorly.

In terms of customer support, Nintendo has lead this category for years.

nintendo - i think its charging to much for the wii :/, huge profits por something that its a gamecube with motionsensor.
they could at least have bumped more power into it.

sony - never had a problem with one of their consoles.. not a single hardware one or software one related to them.

microsoft: the total opposite, 100% of my friends that have a xbox 360 had rrod.
and the 3 year warranty just apply if its a rrod problem.
that "warranty" was thrown just they don't get sued.

and no, the wii isn't still selling as the ps2 is, the ps2 sold a few  times more than 25 millions each year, something the wii its not going to do.

Well IMO usually the console which is the most successful usually has the most arrogant CEOs ... same was with Sony and same is with Nintendo now ...

Remind me what have the people in charge of Nintendo done that can be considered arogant.
