Resident Evil 4, easily. But if you don't feel like getting the best 3rd party game for the Wii(and one of the best games overall), go with No More Heroes, it's really good too.

All 4 sandbox games on Wii are worth a purchase, but this is the order in which I would put them:

1. No more heroes
2. Godfather
3. Bully
4. Scarface

But you should try Fire Emblem, RE4Wii or Zack & Wiki as well
