If someone wants to buy me a PS3 and a 360 I'll gladly own all three consoles. :p

Most of our mods are PC fans more than anything else anyway. ;)

And I think you'd be more likely to find people to be mods who owned none of the consoles than owned all three.

Sure we have a lot of Wii-owning mods, but we also have a lot of Wii-owning members and the mods generally get recruited out of that pool, so it's pretty normal. Not to mention that most every time we ask for volunteers, most of the PS3/360 guys don't want to actually help out when it comes down to it.

I've actually heard much of the latter.  "I have a Wii, and my PS360 collect dust".  I guess it depends on where your allegiances lie.

A google search doesn't seem to support that hypothesis, but either way, there are no plenty of people who claim to own multiple consoles but are biased. Whether they are telling the truth or not I don't know.

A google search doesn't support your hypothesis either.  But if you believe that someone like Leo-J or Kwaad was actually telling the truth about owning a Wii, you may in fact, need your head checked.

Flawed google search.  You google searched the exact definition of "Wii collecting dust".  and "PS3 collecting dust", when you should have searched it, sans quotes.

Without quotes, PS3 collecting dust got 510 results Link

And Wii collecting dust got 401: Link

You can't use the quotes, because Wii collecting dust doesn't fit into a sentence, and that phrase doesn't have "is" or any other word inbetween that which noramlly is.  Who says "my Wii collecting dust"?  Most say my wii is colelcting dust.

I don't like the idea of reviewing consoles.  First of all, your experience with a console is constantly changing, so any review is absolutely worthless a week later.  Second, what are you really reviewing? The menus? The online?  Just seems kinda dumb.  I'm not buying it to review it... I'm buying it to play it lol.  I will make a topic looking for game recommendations though.

Oh yeah, and I don't own a PS3/360, but I've played through Halo 3, Gears of War, MGS4 (in just over 24 hours hehe), and a bunch of other random games...most of which were very fun...so it's not like my only experience is PC and Wii.

Honestly there is one sitting under the telly since xmas I have played it about 5 times.

I actually went online last week looking for demos to try. Guess what none.
