Yes it is, users commented on the GT TV videos, and they said it was old footage.

That Spike TV/GT exclusive footage was not from Dec 2007.

Thats great news, I have no doubt in my mind that Insomniac WILL impress us at E3. They never disappoint (me).

Wow, I thought it was looking pretty good to start with. And knowing that the footage is old makes me excited to see what they have for E3, which is in nine days now?

If it wasn't supposed to be released, than why did both Insomniac and GTTV advertise the exclusive footage for weeks before hand?  And if itwas old footage, then why did it look roughly on par with the playable demos from Sony's Judges day in May?

You need to tell people what "R2" is before you talk about it. Took me forever to figure out what game it was. For those who don't know, it's Resistance 2.

I don't really think it is all that necessary to explain what R2 stands for, seeing as you were the only person in this entire thread that didn't know what leo-j was talking about. Although I do wish people in general would just take the extra 2 seconds (literally) to type game's names out, as people often use short form for games that aren't nearly as popular/well known as Resistence, and I have had the same problem as you (snesboy) in other threads, just not this one ;)

E3 will be Sony's.
