Forums - Nintendo - Spyborgs will max out the Wii, no E3 showing

Max it out? A bold tatement indeed. So far, by the looks of the released media, the game looks pretty good, but nothing more. Of course, the game's still in development, so we'll see, I guess..

I forgot to mention that if there is anybody who will max out the wii. It will be nintendo, or factor 5. Factor 5 because of how well they know the wii's hardware such as the TeV units, and the high memory bandwidth, and nintendo because they made the wii(obviously).

well i was very hyped for this from when it was announced, now im hyped even more

Well Capcom came close with RE4. As long as they are making an effort, that's good enough.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

I am happy that Capcom want to make a great game with Spyborgs

I don't think he/she does. Either that, or this is a sony fanboy, as other posts indicate.

I doubt they'll actually max the Wii on the graphical front as Factor5 and High Voltage both claim to be working toward that. High Voltage went as far as building an engine that can perform tasks originally thought impossible on the Wii and Factor5 is intimately aware of how to make the internal mechanisms of the Wii work--they knew how to do it on the GameCube, and the Wii is just a GC on steroids. They'll find all sorts of wonders buried therein.

Nintendo hasn't worked hard enough, so far, to show off the graphical capabilities of the Wii except in Super Mario Galaxy and parts of SSBB.

Don't forget Metroid Prime 3. It looks infinitely better than Metroid on the Gamecube, and runs in a higher resolution, too.
