Cool. First off, more turtles. They are G&W's best approaches. It is extremely hard to sidestep, it shield pokes, has multiple hits and blocks a good few of projectiles.

Try to do his dash attack less(punsihable) but remember if used on the right feilds it'll stage spike someone hanging on the ledge. It also counter Meta's tornado. Don't make that side-B so predictable, use it scarecly.

His U-Air is a good set up for some kill moves due to its 'blowing' properties. It also sets up for your U-smash(for proof look at Ivo newest Smashvlle team battle vid, I do it aginst Riot's Meta :P). And about your U-smash, it indeed kils at low percentages, especially when charges, However your more likely to kill with a F/D-smash as his U-smash is extremely predicatble.

His D-tilt has more reach than any of his other moves. Thanks to this it is great for edge-gaurding and stopping approaches. Also when throwing you D-throw is usually your best option. It is a very good tech chase. His D-throw to D-smash is good for KOing howevver other than that predict at what your opponents going to do(if they roll away you can catch them again, rolling backwards gives you a F-smash, if they stay still D-throw to jab[once] is a pseudo chaingrab, etc., etc.(think outside the box)

G&W is also an awesome edge gaurder. Hid D-tilt stop almost all verticle recoveries, the early part of his FAir kills, chef stops opponents from advancing(and pan spikes), And his bair and Nair are great too. The start up frames of the key, spike as well. But don't think chef will keep me at bay on the ground... it won't, but it can help stop aerial apporaches.

 

Also I noticed you tried to bucket Iclim's TL's projectiles. Lolz That should do for now(i'll have more some other time), and remember, don't get hit.

Well doesn't this look familiar XD You forgot to mention that U-air refreshes stale moves even if only the wind effect hits. This makes it very good for unstaling moves.
