i was going to buy red steel 2 and brothers in arms double time but not anymore.
another thing i hate about ubi is that they say wii owners are not interested in
prince of persia
brothers in arms
far cry

but they ported all of these on to the wii.
far cry vengeance
brothers in arms'
and prince of Persia

No you wouldn't =p....  Nintendogs are this kind of type games that scored quite good but not many gamers bought?  But they would buy Horsez if it had a better score?   Plz be seroius;..

I can't imagine to see top 5 most wanted lists of gamers with games as nintendogs in it =p.

^but if it deserved the score,if tis worth the score then why not get it?

My daughter loves this game. She finds the colors so much more exciting than when she presses the Wiimote buttons when the T.V. is off. She told me already this is her favorite game of all time. So don't bash Ubisoft. They're just catering to the Wii's 24-36 month demographic.

the review says even for the audience there targeting will get bored of this quick

Well, it's hard to believe a 30-something year old man would be able to place himself in the shoes of a toddler and give an unbiased review towards the 24-36 month demographic. Or did Gamespot invite children over to play it? That's what I don't get. You can't say it's a bad game just because it runs at 10 FPS, freezes at inopurtune times, features mundane gameplay and glitches like it's having a seizure, because toddlers don't care about that, only people capable of understanding that those are bad things, like reviewers and people that can count past 10 would get that. These kids love Hamsterz, Bratz, Dogz, Catz, EmergenZy Heroez, etc. because when you turn on the Wii, the game starts, is colorful and features something recognizable. That's all a toddler cares about in their games. Let's be real here folks, you wouldn't buy Hamsterz if it got a 10/10 and you know it. So quit bitching about better quality games you wouldn't be caught dead with regardless.

Why are all you guys ignoring his posts?

Their mothers told them if they ignored me I'd go away. Mothers are so wise.

I'll take a stab at it.

If all those things are true, then yes, I can say it's a bad game because those problems represent a poorly developed game made by lazy developers rushing the title out for a quick buck. Not understanding the problems does not mean it doesn't exist and I gotta say, even toddlers will be frustrated at all of those problems you mentioned. The problem isn't about people overlooking the flaws and just enjoying the game. Everybody does that, even the most hard core gamers. The problem lies with the fact that Ubisoft knows that they can get away with releasing poorly developed games on a forgiving and unsuspecting public and they take advantage of that to make a quick buck. Games aren't cheap and the audience deserves better. Take Nintendogs and Dogz. They cater to the same people. Which game do you think consumers deserve? Low review scores meant that Ubisoft didn't even bother to try despite promising quality support.

If theirs games did get 10s, we probably wouldn't buy it due to the target demographic, but we couldn't complain about it be shovelware, now can we?
