I was reading about the Wii in wikipedia and it showed the sales of it according to 2 pages (nextgenwars and VGChartz) so i wanted to take a look to the site,

I got sick of nexgenwars crap and google search did the rest.

I heard it once or twice in my NSider days, so I checked it out time and again for sales data. Sometime after NSider died, I figured out that this place has a community, so I decided to join. Bada bing bada boom here I am.

I was very doubtful of the quality and integrity of the numbers posted on Next-Gen Wars. So I went looking for another website.

I found Vgchartz.

My first ever thread on GT was "Is Next-Gen Wars reliable?" I then posted a link to Vgchartz claiming it seemed to be a more reliable tracking service.

At the time I was laughed at, and even called a fanboy. Even a mod on GT told me "Next Gen Wars is more reliable."

Boy, how things have changed.

Google search for console sales lead me here.

I was reading an article, I think Gamespot, and they said the source for their numbers was VGChartz so I checked it out.

My bf works in video games and he often watch the sales and he told me about this site. :)
