I think it would be WAY more awesome if Nintendo would not reveal the new Zelda. And instead just wait... And announce it in say, August 2009... And right after that it'll be out within 2 months!

That would

1) Throw of competition.

2) Hype up the fans BIGTIME!

3) Be totally awesome!

4) ... You get it~!

 

-Same thing like what Apple does during their Keynotes... The big boss says Iphone for 199$... And voila, 2 days later; Iphone for 199$ in stores. That's momentum right there!

I'm sure the next Zelda is already in development. It takes a long time for these types of games to come together. But, Nintendo has been holding their cards pretty close to their vest on games for the past year or two. I doubt we will see anything, and if we do, it will be a very short teaser.

or just like how sega annouced Saturn and week later it was in the shops i heard it was major success

As I said its probable but I can't say its a sure thing. Nintendo has been mainly speaking about E3 as being for the core gamer(yet people still don't agree that the core gaming problem is realized by Nintendo: hypocrites). So obviously they are going full out with core games this E3 and Zelda is easily one of the biggest core series ever made, if not top dog itself. So who knows. It's probably but not 100% sure.
