Since nobody answered directly: E3 2008 will be held on July 14th through July 17th.

I thought it was an entire week? I thought I remembered E3 running through an entire week starting Monday and ending either Thursday or Friday, counting the press conferences.

I'm actually pretty excited about E3. I want to see what all three companies have up their sleeves. Nintendo has to keep the ball rolling and the others have to do something different.

I thought started the 14th.

Nope, the public will from now on be corralled at the "E4 All Expo" in October.

The actual show starts on the 15and goes through the 17th.

I'm pretty sure there are some conferences on the 14th. There are the major conferences (the big three) and the smaller companies hold a few conferences of their own, like Konami or Square Enix, but those don't normally get live coverage.

Does anyone know the date and order of the Big 3's conference? I think it goes Microsoft -> Nintendo -> Sony, with Microsoft kicking theirs off the night of the 14th, Nintendo the next morning and Sony shortly afterwards.
